26 Dec 2009Okays, I've cleaned out the entire club gallery, and re-uploaded all of my own PearlShipping deviations, including a few new ones I hadn't uploaded here yet. If you want ANY of your own PearlShipping fanart, fanfics, stamps or what have you uploaded here, follow the instructions at the bottom of the journal to get your stuff sent to the gallery. It will be sent to me in a message for uploading confirmation, but don't worry, it shouldn't take long to get them up in the club gallery. Although I'm planning to take a break from dA real soon...
But I sent it up where the gallery suggestions expire after a month, so your stuff will still go up. I recommend keeping an eye on my regular account's page to see my latest activity to see if/when your stuff goes up. Please do not spam up my message centre with questions of whether or not your submissions are in the club gallery; just be patient and they'll go up.In the meantime, if anyone wants to help out the Group by making a new icon, you're welcome to; for Groups, the icon can be either 50x50 pixels or 100x50 pixels. Or however that is supposed to be. 100 pixels long, 50 pixels wide. Just send me a link to the icon, thru either Group notes or to my regular account's notes. I'll be sure to give full credit to the icon if you make it, too.
So... I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's gallery submissions!!

TO JOIN: Just click on "Join Our Group", located at the top of the page. That's all!!
Any and all requests to join will be ignored.
TO AFFILIATE: All you have to do is send a note to the Group titled "Affiliate". And ask for affiliation, of course. But that's all; once you are accepted, the club's/Group's icon will be posted in the Affiliates journal.
TO SUBMIT ARTWORK/FANFICS/ETC: There is a link at the top of the Group's main page that says "Contribute Art". Click on that. It should take you to the Group's gallery and open a dA window, displaying your latest uploads. In the Search box in the upper-right corner, type in "PearlShipping", or whatever main keyword you use for your PearlShippy stuff. Press Enter or click on Search, then click on the appropriate deviation and click on "OK" at the bottom of the window. You can only submit ONE deviation at a time, so at first, this will be a slow process. When your deviation is approved, it will automatically go into the Group gallery. NO watermarks, NO club faves, nothing!! Whenever anyone clicks on the thumbnail for your submission, it'll take them straight to YOUR page. So there'll never be another club fave again, and I'll never have to make those big ugly watermarks all over people's awesom-o artwork.
